The competition is open to all persons (over the Age of 14) and no purchase is required, with the exception of, but not exclusive to all hp4u employees or family members, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition whom are forbidden to enter.
Only entries with valid contact details shall be considered. All entries submitted via http://www.hp4u.co.uk will be entered into the draw provided entries are recieved no later than 12.00noon GMT on the 25th July 2009 (CLOSING DATE) Each entrant may submit only one entry. The contest is sponsored and organized by HP4U only. No entries will be accepted after the published closing date/time. All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions below.
By submitting your entry you consent to being aged 14 years or over. No responsibility will be taken for entrants under that Age without Parental permission and application.

All winners (or parent and/or guardian of each winner where required) may be required to sign and return liability release forms, publicity release forms, delivery requirement documents or any further documentation hp4u feel is required in order to administor prizes to their rightful owners and/or associated publicity determined by hp4u during the competition.
Failure to accept prizes and the subsequent return to hp4u of prizes which are undeliverable, will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be determined without any additional compensation or notice.
